Volunteering at the Swamp Fox Entertainment Complex gives you the chance to help present anticipated events and to enjoy the festivals and performances as a fan. Read this overview to learn more about the volunteer policies, perks and the different roles volunteers play. All events will take place at the Swamp Fox Entertainment Complex, located at 1548 South Highway 501, in Marion, SC. Each event typically hosts up to 27,000 patrons a day.

The biggest perk is free general admission into the festival each day you have a shift! After your volunteer shift, you are free to enjoy the event. If your shift begins mid-day, you can check-in early to receive your credential and enjoy the Festival. YOU MUST still return to the volunteer check-in at your designated call time, or you will be counted as a no-show. Volunteers that plan to camp must still purchase the necessary camping passes, as these are not included in free general admission.

You’ll get a limited edition volunteer t-shirt to wear while you’re on shift and to keep as a memento of your contribution to the Festival. We’ll provide water and a meal per volunteer per shift.

Last but not least, you’ll be part of a team that’s putting on a one of a kind event. It’s a fun way to meet people with shared interests and you’ll have the satisfaction of knowing you were a big part of making the festival happen.

Please fill out this form completely, and be sure to let us know in the message which day and what shift (morning, afternoon, evening) and which event you would like to volunteer. Please note, for multiple day events, volunteers willing to work every day of the event will be chosen first.

We look forward to working with you and thank you for wanting to be a part of the Swamp Fox family!
