Do I need a Wristband?

Yes wristbands are required since alcoholic beverages are served on property. It is best to register for a wristband online to avoid the wait at the ticket booth. In the event your wristband shows signs of breaking, you must bring the damaged wristband back to the box office BEFORE IT BREAKS OFF for immediate replacement.

I only want to camp for one night. Do I still need to purchase a camping package?

No. If you want to camp for just one night, you need to purchase one of the Daily General Admission passes available. We allow one night tent or RV camping in our public camping area but, take our word for it, once you’re camped, you will want to stay!

Can we reserve a specific location for our tent or motorhome?

Tent camping and motorhome spots are available on a first come, first served basis. So if you have a specific space in mind, come join the party a little earlier. You’ll have a great time.

Are pop-up campers and buses okay?

Yes! Pop-up campers and buses are considered to be an RV, and the RV fee applies.

Where do I park if I am not camping?

Swamp Fox has plenty of onsite parking. Motorcycle parking is FREE and Caged Vehicles are $5.00. The parking fee is good for one time only. You may leave the festival site however each time you return you are required to purchase another parking pass.

Can I bring my camera into concerts?

While we don’t care if you bring your camera, the bands do. Bands uniformly prohibit cameras, and they require us to enforce the restriction. We encourage snap shooting, but please, no professional equipment.

Can we bring our pet?

Safety has required a uniform prohibition of pets that we must enforce without exception. Please make arrangements for Precious before coming to the Swamp Fox.

Can I have a campfire or bonfire?

Nope. This is a no open flame county. This means no campfires, no bonfires, and no open fire pits. You can bring camp stoves and lanterns.

What do you do in case of inclement weather?

All shows are rain or shine. No refunds for canceled shows. In the event of serious weather, announcements will be made from the stage. Remember, tents are NOT considered safe cover in serious weather conditions.

Other than music, what is there to do at the event?

Besides a diverse group of food vendors and alcohol there are many other activities with each event so check out the list posted on the web page.

What are some prohibited items?

We do not allow you to bring your own food or drink onto the venue. At the Swamp Fox you don’t have to cook while on vacation there are plenty of food vendors to satisfy any palate as well as plenty of bars to satisfy any thirst while on site. No firearms, knives, or fireworks allowed onsite.

What should I expect at the end of the event?

Be prepared to make new friends and memories to last a lifetime.
